About Nevada lien waivers
Nevada prescribes four statutory waiver forms under NRS §108.2457 — conditional and unconditional waivers on progress and final payments. Nevada's statutory forms are similar to those in California and Texas. Waivers that don't substantially comply with the statutory forms are unenforceable under Nevada law.
